How It Works – Your Next Steps

Step 1: Get in Touch

Send me a message, and we’ll book a call to chat about your goals, challenges, and questions. No pressure - just a chance to see what you need and how I can help. That way we get to know each other a bit better and you can make an informed decision.

Step 2: Training Plan Setup

If you decide this is right for you we will do a practical assessment to see where you’re at, this can either be a video call or by sending the specific videos I request - your choice. I’ll then create a personalised training plan with video explanations for you to watch and refer back to, as well as upload your own videos for analysis and feedback.

For the first week, you’ll train, upload videos, and receive detailed feedback every time to fine-tune your plan. This ensures everything is set up properly before moving forward.

Step 3: Ongoing Video Feedback (Optional)

Video feedback means I’ll review your training, provide detailed video explanations for what you need to do next, and adjust the plan when necessary. No guesswork - just clear guidance. I’m also there for you to ask questions whenever they come up.

How often is up to you - after the first week, you decide how often - it could be every week, once a month, or not at all. We can talk through the options in our call so you can decide what’s best for you.

Step 4: Keep Progressing

Regular feedback is great for consistently nudging things in the right direction and keeping the plan up to date with your progress. At the beginning, weekly feedback helps a lot to start things on the right track - but it’s really up to you.

If you change your mind we can adjust and there’s also the option to do 1:1 live video sessions (30 or 60 min) as well which are great for deeper feedback.

Whether you want weekly feedback for 6 months to supercharge your progress or to book a video call when you’re struggling. This way you get the support when you want it.

About

Hi, I’m Craig,

I’ve been coaching for as long as I can remember, quite literally actually.

It started with various types of gymnastics as a teenager but when, as a part of my own training, I specialised in hand balance at the National Centre for Circus Arts in 2013 I also started teaching adults how to handstand.

So, at this point, I’ve seen quite a few handstands, and done quite a few myself.

What I’ve learned and what I love is that handstands can constantly evolve, there are always new ideas to explore and skills to improve. Curiosity, both as a coach and in my own training has meant that the learning and growing never stops.

As a coach, I share this idea of exploration and guide people through the mindset shifts and physical development they need to keep progressing.
